Two Prenatal Meetings

Preparing expectant mothers physically and emotionally for labor.

Continuous Labor Support

Massage, aromatherapy, body positioning, breathing and visualization techniques, support, advocacy for birth experience plan, and presence at birth and two hours afterward.

Postpartum Meeting

Checking on the birth mother and her physical and emotional recovery, advise her in dealing with body changes, evaluate her for postpartum mood disorders, and make any necessary professional referrals.

BIRTH MOTHERS

Postpartum Services

Working with birth mother to process the birth and emotional recovery and healing, proper self-care, making choices regarding milk production, assisting with any necessary referrals, light meal preparation and household tasks, and assisting with facing grief and loss in healthy ways.

 

ADOPTIVE FAMILIES

Newborn Guidance

Offering feeding expertise, infant soothing, processing birth and emotional well-being, sleep issues, mother-baby bonding, family adjustment (sibling and pets), light meal preparation, household tasks, and facilitating strong attachment with all family members.
